If you’re currently working with another accountancy practice or bookkeeping firm but would like to either switch or add our services to the mix, it’s a simple process.

We don’t want to create extra work for you so we aim to make the switch easy and hassle-free. Here’s how the process works.

 

 

Talking to your current provider

If you want us to take over some of the services your accountants are currently providing, we’ll talk to them to ask for all the information we need. This process often works the other way round, as accountants refer their clients to us!

We’ll also get in touch with your existing bookkeeper to arrange for a smooth handover, so you don’t have to deal with any messy breakups.

 

 

 Getting you onboard

We believe that the best relationships develop over time, but we’ll be in touch from the outset to start getting to know your business and the way you work. That means we can design our services around you, rather than taking a one size fits all approach. We’ll follow up as often as you need us to, whether that’s once a week or every month.

 

 


Setting up your accounting software

We don’t do tax returns but we will get everything set up for your accountants to submit your return digitally. We’re accredited by Xero and that’s the only accounting software we use. If you’re currently using another accounting platform, we’ll handle the switch for you. We’ll also get you set up and ready to go if you’ve never used accountancy software before.
