We work in a way that’s designed to suit you and the way your business operates. We only work remotely so we won’t turn up at your office, but we’re still set up to understand how your business works and what we can do to support you.
What we do
We can be your outsourced finance department if that’s what you need. On the other hand, if you just need someone to get your books in order before you hand them over to your accountant that’s fine too. We’ll work with your accountant to give them the information they need to complete your tax returns, finalise your accounts or advise you on tax planning.
Here are just a few of the things we can help you with:
- Bookkeeping using Xero software
- VAT returns
- Management accounts
- Payroll
- We also provide additional services of an outsourced finance role which includes sending out your sales invoices to your customers, credit control, making supplier payments, and any other finance admin tasks that you may require
If you already have systems and procedures in place, we’ll review them for you and make recommendations if we think they can be improved.

What we don’t do
We don’t do tax returns or your annual accounts. That’s what you pay your accountant for. We’ll still make sure that everything is well organised and ready to be handed over to your accountant on time. If you do not currently have an accountant, as we work with many accountants we would be more than happy to introduce you to one of the accountants that suits your requirements and that we have a great working relationship with.
